hyh is a charity supporting young people at risk of homelessness across the county. Our team of walkers will be stepping out to help break the cycle of youth homelessness, raising vital funds to allow us to reach more young people each year
My story
Team hyh is walking 13 miles on the 27th September. Please sponsor us and raise money for young people in Hertfordshire. All money raised is eligible for match funding.
